*Source: Clinical study using Polysomnography (a combination of clinical measures of sleep, including physiological techniques and brain scanning techniques) and Actigraphy (the clinical measure of body movement in the context of sleep). Results were that the fragrance improved participants’ sleep compared to no fragrance. This fragrance technology is patented.
